This role focuses on assisting agencies in successfully migrating their operational workflows to the Applied Epic solution, covering policy management, service processes, and client engagement. Key duties include guiding configuration decisions, gathering requirements, and ensuring high-quality implementations through proactive communication.

Software Engineers will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of high-quality, releasable software, authoring code aligned with standards and maintaining automated test systems. Senior Engineers will additionally support the team by providing feedback during code reviews and guiding complex technical problem-solving.

The role involves managing infrastructure lifecycle activities for both cloud and on-premises resources primarily using Terraform, while maintaining system configurations and patch levels using Ansible across Windows and Linux systems. Responsibilities also include operating GitLab CI/CD pipelines and responding to infrastructure alerts via Datadog monitoring.
