The primary purpose involves assessing the pest control needs of prospective customers via phone, email, and text, and offering Aptive’s comprehensive solution. Responsibilities also include fielding inbound sales calls, selling new accounts, data entry, scheduling appointments, and resolving customer concerns and objections.
