This leadership role is responsible for developing, implementing, and driving enterprise-wide Talent Acquisition strategies, blending strategic vision with hands-on scaling expertise to support growth. The Director will oversee the full candidate lifecycle for veterinarians and hospital professionals while strengthening and elevating the existing recruitment team.

The Contract Specialist develops and maintains relationships with insurance contacts, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned regions regarding participation and operational issues. This role manages contract implementation, triages disputes between insurance plans and offices, and assists in creating educational resources for field staff.
