The Senior Capture Manager leads the development and execution of capture strategies to secure National Security Space (NSS) contracts, leveraging data analytics to assess opportunities and refine strategies based on competitive intelligence. This role also involves building strong customer relationships, conducting in-depth competitive analysis, and leading proposal efforts to ensure alignment with the capture strategy and win themes.

The Proposal Coordinator supports proposal development by managing schedules, ensuring version control, and monitoring compliance against milestones, proactively surfacing risks and recommending corrective actions. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics for proposal meetings, acting as the central point of contact for contributors, overseeing input integration, and managing final production quality checks.

The Senior Capture Manager will lead enterprise capture activities focused on Department of Homeland Security (DHS) programs, identifying, shaping, and securing new business opportunities across various DHS mission areas. This role involves developing and executing winning strategies by partnering with internal teams and engaging closely with DHS stakeholders to align solutions with operational needs.
