The role involves optimizing computer vision and other algorithms for speed and accuracy, and implementing or improving features for the AI photo editing pipeline, property manipulation tools, and a style marketplace.

The Customer Support Representative will own inbound support, quickly responding to user issues, solving problems clearly, and ensuring customers receive the right outcome fast. Responsibilities include handling various inquiries, identifying bugs or opportunities, and constantly seeking ways to make support faster and more scalable.

The primary responsibility is to ensure 100% of tickets from unsubscribed customers and those reporting low quality ratings are addressed daily through outbound calls. This involves conducting winback processes, proactively preventing churn by consulting users on issues, and sharing product updates.
