The Data Consultant will organize, translate, and transform client Human Capital Management (HCM) data to meet interface and reporting requirements for Dayforce HCM implementations. Responsibilities include driving data analysis for migration, resolving data issues, creating specification documentation, and validating/converting data from legacy systems.

The consultant will lead the implementation and configuration of Dayforce HCM solutions, focusing on the Workforce Management module, by analyzing client needs and guiding them through the process. Key tasks include conducting workshops, configuring the system, developing test plans, providing training, and serving as a subject matter expert for support.
