The Lead Platform Implementation Manager will lead the execution of complex, high-impact enterprise software implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role involves collaborating across internal teams and external partners, defining project scope, overseeing progress, managing risks, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior clients.

The Principal Software Architect will evolve platform architecture across services, data, events, APIs, and infrastructure, refining patterns for resilience and scalability while driving event-driven architecture standards. This role also involves shaping FHIR and health data architecture, guiding AI integration, and mentoring senior technical staff.
