This role involves collaborating with the Public Affairs Manager to develop and execute the Government Affairs Office’s social media strategy, providing tactical support for public affairs content distribution and managing the division's external communications and branding. Key duties include daily social media engagement, relationship maintenance with influencers, planning, analysis, and developing integrated communications strategies to amplify organizational goals.

This role is responsible for leading the execution of key strategic initiatives and the integration of all acquisitions and joint ventures, while also establishing project management standards as a Center of Excellence. Key duties include portfolio oversight, stakeholder engagement, performance monitoring, risk management, and leading transaction lifecycles from due diligence through post-transaction integration.

This role directs daily activities related to Hospice Practice regulatory compliance and audit management, including working with the Policy office to update Hospice policies and procedures based on company standards and Federal/State guidelines. The director oversees external hospice audits, tracks responses, analyzes data, identifies program risks, and advises leadership on mitigation strategies.
