The manager will drive the month-end close process for the NEO Home Loans segment, taking ownership of the P&L and supporting business partners through results analysis. Responsibilities also include creating and reviewing journal entries, ensuring proper allocations, implementing accounting processes for new products, and overseeing vendor expense approval.
