The Executive Director will lead the Better Families program growth in Central East Florida by overseeing staff, meeting regional goals, managing the budget, and ensuring policy implementation across the region. Key duties also involve spearheading donor cultivation, engaging community partners, and fostering relationships with churches and government entities.
