The Operations Analyst will support daily operations across payments, fraud prevention, KYC, and player risk workflows by reviewing accounts, processing redemptions, handling verification, and investigating suspicious activity. This role also involves generating operational reports, documenting findings, and providing feedback to improve systems and workflows.
