Coding Denial and Resolution Specialist (FT- 1.0 FTE, Day Shift, Remote)

The specialist is responsible for reviewing and resolving post-billed coding-related denials and rejections for hospital and medical group claims to ensure accurate reimbursement and denial prevention. This involves validating denial rationale using coding expertise, preparing and tracking payer appeals, and collaborating with internal partners to reduce avoidable denials.
Coder II- Certified (FT- 1.0 FTE, Day Shift, Remote)

The Coder II evaluates medical records and charge tickets to ensure accuracy and compliance with ICD-10-CM and CPT manuals, optimizing reimbursement for outpatient visits. This role also involves providing technical guidance and training on medical coding principles to physicians and staff as needed.
