The Associate Attorney will manage all phases of casework in family law and criminal matters, including divorce, child custody, and protection orders, from research and drafting to negotiations and court appearances. Responsibilities also involve conducting client consultations, maintaining communication, and collaborating with support staff for efficient case management.
