The Nurse Practitioner will evaluate and manage members with urgent symptoms or treatment complications via telemedicine, developing comprehensive care plans and triaging care as needed. Additionally, they will develop care plans addressing clinical and non-clinical needs in collaboration with RNs and provide clinical oversight for interdisciplinary case conferences.
