The Data Scientist will develop probabilistic models focused on estimating Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), transactional frequency, operational health, and conversion probability. This involves generating activations designed to maximize engagement and Return on Investment (ROI) in consumer-oriented businesses.

The role involves building the Machine Learning and MLOps infrastructure to enable Data Scientists to develop, deploy, and maintain production models using industry best practices. This includes creating automated tools, SDKs, and pipelines ensuring reproducibility, observability, and governance with a self-service focus.

The Data Engineering Lead will be responsible for leading technical execution, scaling data infrastructure, and ensuring operational excellence by building highly scalable and reliable data pipelines in collaboration with the data platform team. This role involves mentoring Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers while aligning technical execution with business needs to ensure data platform security, traceability, and performance.
