This role manages most human resources operations tasks related to recruitment, hiring, onboarding, compliance, and performance management within the PEO platform (TriNet), while championing the organization’s culture of inclusion, accountability, and learning. The manager will enhance current systems, translate strategic goals into actionable daily practices, and ensure a consistent employee experience across all lifecycle phases.

This role involves managing and delivering consulting projects within the Expert Advisory Services (EAS) umbrella, which includes building client relationships, designing workshops, authoring reports, and managing project teams. The manager will also collaborate on business development, oversee the training of the CDP Corps, and help evolve the strategic goals of the EAS function.
