Center for Victims of Torture Human Resources Team

The Officer will manage and steward a portfolio of approximately 700 mid-level donors, prioritizing high-touch stewardship and solicitation for 150-200 individuals to deepen loyalty and drive revenue growth. Key duties include conducting personalized outreach monthly, acknowledging gifts promptly, providing meaningful stewardship updates, and identifying prospects for major gifts or planned giving.
