The BCBA will deliver high-quality clinical oversight for in-home ABA services via telehealth, providing remote coaching and supervision to Behavior Technicians in the field. Responsibilities also include developing individualized, assent-based behavior plans and leading virtual family training sessions to ensure consistency.
