This role is responsible for leading the Business Development process by driving the recruitment of Financial Advisors into CFG’s network of Broker-Dealers, requiring the manager to present and represent CFG as the wealth management firm of choice. Key duties include developing leads, creating a recruiting plan, meeting recruitment goals, articulating the business model, and negotiating offers with prospective advisors.
The role is accountable for leading a Regional Growth Team to achieve sales goals and organic growth KPIs, while also serving as the primary owner of advisor relationships. Responsibilities include direct people management, driving sales through the funnel, and ensuring the execution of engagement plans and pipeline management.
The analyst will review retail communications to ensure compliance with state, federal laws, internal standards, and specific regulations like FINRA and SEC rules across insurance and securities areas. Key duties involve interpreting regulatory impacts, communicating changes, tracking communications according to retention requirements, and assisting in regulatory correspondence and inquiry responses.
