The editor will be responsible for transforming raw, long-form conversations into cinematic journeys by identifying powerful emotional moments, structuring episodes for momentum, and integrating visual elements like B-roll and motion graphics. This involves crafting compelling narratives that maximize viewer engagement and watch time through sophisticated pacing and high-tension arcs.

The editor will craft high-impact, 60-90 second pre-roll trailers and identify 8-12 high-impact moments per episode to be repurposed into vertical clips tailored for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels. This involves implementing sophisticated graphics, text overlays, and multi-cam reframing to maximize emotional impact and digital retention.
