This role leads and manages complex federal proposal efforts from assignment through contract award, ensuring compliance, quality, and strategic alignment with business development goals. The manager oversees proposal writers and cross-functional contributors to produce high-quality, competitive responses to federal solicitations, with an emphasis on Base Operating Support opportunities.

The Senior Technical Writer is responsible for developing a range of proposal content that adheres to proposal compliance and quality standards, coordinating closely with Multi-Award Contract (MAC) Response Team members. Key duties include reviewing RFPs/RFIs, leading the development of assigned proposal sections through research and interviews, and ensuring narrative compliance and compelling quality.
