The recruiter will build and own a pipeline of experienced emergency clinicians for current and future hospitals by leveraging existing veterinary networks and engaging in honest conversations with potential candidates. They will also partner closely with hospital leadership and participate in early-career pipeline efforts by building relationships with vet schools and attending networking events.
