Interns will primarily handle a high volume of customer credit card calls for child support payments and will also work with the Employer Services group contacting employers regarding payment statuses. Additionally, interns will assist with payment inquiries and gain exposure to Case Maintenance and Central Registry operations within the Child Support Services Bureau.
