Lead and manage Texas Connections Academy at Mineral Wells as the instructional leader. Oversee school launch, implement virtual curriculum and operations, manage budgets and compliance, drive academic outcomes through data-driven decisions, supervise staff, coordinate with authorizers and ISD, and serve as school advocate at events and with state agencies.
