Manage insurance follow-up, analyze and resolve outstanding claims, initiate appeals for providers, and maintain communication with patients and practice managers to ensure effective reimbursement processes and account adjustments.

Responsibilities include modifying and upgrading applications, defining KPIs and metrics, diagnosing technology failures, and assisting the product management team with discovery and requirements breakdown.
