This role is responsible for designing and building high-quality, modern digital learning experiences, combining instructional design, multimedia production, and eLearning development to create engaging and scalable learning solutions for Field Service, Scheduling, and Customer Care teams. The developer will produce mobile-friendly multimedia content, develop complex interactive eLearning, and partner with SMEs to ensure accurate and consistent learning solutions.
