This role involves providing onsite technical support, performing repairs on coach-side systems like electrical, HVAC, suspension, chassis, and interior systems across the assigned West Coast area. The technician will also be responsible for documenting customer complaints via reports, completing recalls, product campaigns, and instructing service personnel.
