This role is responsible for designing, building, and scaling foundational talent and culture programs, including engagement, onboarding, performance management, and learning & development, to create a cohesive employee experience. The director will partner with HR and senior leaders to ensure people systems support accountability, clarity, and performance while preserving the company culture.
