The Director is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the organization’s HR and operational infrastructure, including systems for onboarding, performance management, and operational workflows. This senior leader acts as a thought partner to the COO, focusing on organizational planning, culture-building, and ensuring high performance and compliance.
The Operations & HR Manager is responsible for managing, strengthening, and building the organizational functions of Human Resources and Operations, providing strategic and operational oversight, and supporting organizational compliance. Core duties include designing and improving systems like onboarding/offboarding workflows, managing HR administration, overseeing recruitment, handling benefit administration, and coordinating operational processes.
The manager supports the CEO by processing inbound communications, coordinating complex schedules, managing travel logistics, and drafting sensitive correspondence on behalf of the CEO. They will also lead and manage assigned special projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and CEO priorities.
