The Instructional Systems Designer will provide ISD support to the client and stakeholders to complete customer tasking, leveraging experience in designing and developing learning programs, particularly for aspiring managerial leaders. This role requires direct experience in creating both classroom and technology-based course materials using ISD methodology.

The Instructor/Facilitator will be responsible for delivering both traditional and virtual training classes focused on leadership development subjects, while also maintaining and revising course materials as needed. This role involves engaging students positively, applying adult learning theory, facilitating group activities, and participating in coaching to improve student skills.
