This role serves as the primary contact for Innovation team systems, responding to user needs, resolving administrative issues, and managing configurations for both third-party and internal tools. The coordinator will also distill user feedback into actionable requirements and contribute to the design and evolution of current and new Innovation Team systems.

This role involves leading a team responsible for designing, delivering, and improving technology training programs, including onboarding, eLearning, and reference materials, while also serving as the firm's leader for technology adoption initiatives. Responsibilities include administering the LMS, analyzing support issues, and partnering with IT and leadership to enhance user proficiency and adoption.
