This role is responsible for driving audience acquisition for e-Republic events by managing high-volume outreach via phone and email, ensuring accuracy across all registration processes, and providing excellent customer support. Responsibilities also include creating and deploying event promotions, maintaining contact databases, processing payments, and providing onsite registration support at events nationwide, which involves equipment setup and troubleshooting.
