This hands-on execution role is responsible for organizing and overseeing programs and grantees across the US, UK, and Africa, focusing on program quality, coordination, and performance by translating strategy into practical execution. Key duties include overseeing global programs and grantees, ensuring compliance, tracking progress, managing risks, and facilitating cross-functional coordination.

This role is responsible for independently driving fundraising production forward by owning timelines and delivering concrete outputs weekly, focusing on grant writing, proposal ownership, prospect research, donor communications, and stewardship administration. Key duties include managing the grants pipeline, drafting institutional funding documents, ensuring timely donor acknowledgments, and co-creating a recurring donor campaign.
