The Leave Specialist acts as the primary contact for all leave requests, managing the administration of FMLA, ADA accommodations, state leaves, and employer-sponsored programs like STD/LTD across a large, multi-shift workforce. This involves ensuring accuracy and compliance by coordinating with employees, managers, vendors, and internal HR partners regarding timekeeping, pay, and benefits.
