This role manages the operational delivery of proposals from intake through submission, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and timely responses while overseeing client feedback initiatives like industry evaluation programs and maintaining the case study library. The manager is responsible for coordinating proposal development, tracking deliverables, drafting content, maintaining templates, and managing participation in external evaluation programs such as KLAS.
