Senior Account Executive (US)

This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying Account Executive role focused on owning new business development across an assigned region, primarily selling the Tailwind software platform. Responsibilities include building pipeline from zero, running all sales stages, prioritizing software deals, and traveling for industry events and prospect meetings.

The primary mandate is to operate one level above day-to-day management by building scalable systems, automation frameworks, and revenue-generating structures for the shared services business. This includes owning the strategic direction, prioritizing automation, designing operational models, and developing strategies to reduce churn and expand service offerings.
