Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, resolving challenges, sharing and reviewing monthly content calendars, and assisting with calendar execution.

The representative will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting them with questions regarding FMG products like websites and marketing via phone and email. This includes handling complex escalated inquiries, resolving issues using various customer service tools, and reporting platform bugs to developers.
