The coordinator will act as the primary contact for new applicants, guiding them through the USDA National Organic Program (NOP) certification process, including documentation and system walkthroughs. They will also collaborate with internal teams to resolve client requests and maintain accurate records.

The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new logo acquisition within the Recipe and Specifications unit by developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve double-digit annual growth. This involves identifying key decision-makers, navigating complex B2B sales cycles, delivering compelling proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining accurate pipeline reporting.
