The Senior Proposal Manager will lead end-to-end proposal development using Shipley principles, driving disciplined execution of schedules, deliverables, and quality standards across federal, SLED, commercial, and SBIR/STTR opportunities. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure proposal solutions are compliant, compelling, and aligned with customer requirements and evaluation criteria.

The engineer will be responsible for modernizing core embedded software components, primarily by migrating legacy C code to Rust, and implementing secure boot logic across platform services. This involves hands-on development, low-level debugging, and integrating cryptographic and management services with hardware security modules.
