This role supports sales operations by managing CRM data, maintaining reports and dashboards, and assisting in improving key revenue processes across sales, account management, marketing, and customer success functions. Primary duties include owning system governance, developing analytics, documenting processes, and supporting sales planning cycles.

The Support Engineer will work within a team to provide technically accurate, timely, and consistent responses to customer queries by resolving issues from a support ticket queue.
