The Procurement Manager is responsible for end-to-end sourcing and category management for milk, ingredients, and packaging critical to cottage cheese production, owning strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and cost optimization across conventional and organic dairy and packaging categories. Key duties include developing sourcing strategies, leading supplier selection and contract negotiation, ensuring reliable supply, and delivering year-over-year cost savings through strategic sourcing and value engineering.

The ERP Manager will lead the end-to-end implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of the new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, acting as the internal subject matter expert for successful launch and adoption. Key duties include collaborating with stakeholders, managing vendors, overseeing testing, ensuring data integrity, and driving process improvements through ERP functionality.

The Project Manager will lead key operational and capital projects, including managing project financials, tracking metrics, and coordinating with internal and external partners for compliant project delivery. This role also involves leading the operational aspects of commercial innovation projects through the Stage-Gate process to ensure on-time product launches.
