The Sales Lead is responsible for telling the company's story in the marketplace, acting as the single point of contact for customer relationships, and planning/implementing sales targeting existing and new customers and markets. Key duties involve developing industry recognition, establishing customer contact structures, understanding customer needs throughout the sales process, and developing KPIs for sustainable lead generation.
