The Vice President of Training & Development will own the strategy, execution, and evolution of organizational learning, designing and executing a learning strategy that fuels leadership development, operational excellence, and cultural consistency across the platform. This role involves actively facilitating training, co-creating content, piloting new programs, and leading a fully remote national training team.
