The Triage RN is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and coordinating patient/family needs to provide preventative and supportive care to terminally ill patients in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. This includes performing comprehensive assessments of physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs and coordinating necessary after-hours services.
