The Clinical Program Director provides clinical oversight and supervision for staff delivering mental health, behavioral health, and substance abuse services within the intensive outpatient program, ensuring compliance, growth, and successful outcomes. This role involves overseeing day-to-day clinical operations, staff management, documentation, UR management, and acting as a liaison across departments.

The partner will be responsible for developing and managing their own digital marketing campaigns across channels like Google Ads, social media, and SEO to generate qualified leads for behavioral health and telehealth services. Compensation is based on a revenue share model for each client successfully converted from the generated leads.

Providers will deliver high-quality, client-centered counseling services exclusively via telehealth, tailoring evidence-based practices to individual client needs. Key duties also involve choosing specialized services based on expertise and maintaining timely, professional documentation.

The role involves providing direct counseling services, including psychotherapy, Community Psychiatric Support Treatment (CPST), and PSR services to clients ranging from ages 6 to 99. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate clinical records and providing crisis intervention sessions when necessary.

Professionals will conduct virtual individual, group, family, and teen counseling sessions using HIPAA-compliant platforms, alongside developing personalized treatment plans and providing medication management services when appropriate. They must also maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to all ethical and legal requirements.

The counselor will provide therapeutic services focusing on marriage counseling, relationship dynamics, and conflict resolution, utilizing evidence-based practices to address marital and family issues. Key duties include conducting thorough assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and facilitating a safe environment for open communication.
