The agent will be responsible for answering in-bound sales calls for luxury hotels and resorts, ensuring all guest needs are identified and proactively suggesting options. Duties also include accurately entering reservation details into Property Management Systems, promoting packages, and completing administrative tasks like audits and deposit tracking.
