Senior Claims Legal Counsel

This role serves as in-house counsel managing litigation involving extra-contractual lawsuits and declaratory judgment actions for Property and Casualty Claims, while also developing companywide coverage positions and litigation strategy. Key duties include analyzing coverage issues, preparing formal opinions, directing outside counsel, and negotiating settlements within designated authority.
