IFDC- International Fertilizer Development

The consultant will provide high-level strategic and technical guidance during proposal design and development, leading or contributing to concept notes and proposals to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with IFDC's objectives. They will also participate in concept development meetings and support internal/partner technical reviews.

The Subject Matter Expert will provide strategic and technical input during proposal design, ensuring technical integrity and alignment with donor priorities and IFDC's strategy. Responsibilities also include drafting technical sections, reviewing drafts for quality assurance, and supporting the integration of cross-cutting themes.

The consultant will serve as a strategic advisor, reviewing and providing compliance and quality assurance inputs on technical and budget proposals for European Union and other European donor requirements. This includes refining outlines, ensuring evaluator-friendliness, and providing detailed feedback on offers.

Consultants will provide surge capacity and technical support for designing high-quality, compliant, and competitive cost proposals for international development opportunities across various donors and contract mechanisms. Key tasks include leading or supporting detailed cost proposal development, ensuring compliance with donor requirements, and coordinating budget consolidation with partners.
