Customer Operations Analyst

The Customer Operations Analyst will manage the day-to-day order-to-cash cycle, executing end-to-end order processing for retail and food service customers, including confirmations and SAP data entry. This role also involves troubleshooting logistics hurdles, supporting key account optimization, monitoring EDI flows, and liaising with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers.
