Independence Pet Holdings - IPH

Assist customers by providing information about products, resolving inquiries and complaints, analyzing discrepancies in member accounts, and maintaining product knowledge to support sales and retention efforts.

The agent will be responsible for researching and responding to customer inquiries across phone, email, text, chat, and social media regarding insurance and non-insurance topics. Key duties also involve processing new customer enrollments, handling incoming claims, and performing ongoing fulfillment tasks.

The role involves pursuing sales leads, visiting customer sites within an assigned territory, and building relationships with organizations to drive revenue and expand market share. Responsibilities also include developing new accounts, generating new business from existing accounts, and maintaining current relationships to ensure retention.

The Claims Processor is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and settling insurance claims, which includes determining policy coverage for the loss and calculating the appropriate compensation amount. Key duties involve working with veterinary hospitals and policyholders to review medical history, processing claims, updating the Explanation of Benefits, and potentially ordering medical records.

The role involves owning the day-to-day optimization of Salesforce, ensuring system efficiency, and generating regular reports to track sales performance and provide actionable insights. Responsibilities also include resolving technical issues, optimizing processes, and training the sales team on system best practices.

This pivotal role is responsible for developing, securing, and maintaining long-term strategic relationships with Veterinary Corporate Groups across the United States to drive pet insurance penetration. Key duties include designing strategic marketing contracts, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, and overseeing joint promotional campaigns.

The Data Architect will design and implement data architecture solutions using Azure Databricks, focus on data quality, and collaborate with product teams on data projects.
